We have performed bioindication of the phytotoxic and genotoxic environmental effect in the ore mine area near Pezinok city in the in situ conditions on wild plant species and influence after treatment with solutions, prepared from after- flotation sludge, mining water and water from Pezinok brook on Tradescantia paludosa and Vicia sativa in the conditions in vivo. Significant genotoxic effects were not found in the ease of wild plant species, but in the case of using standardized indicators were ascertained significant results after treatment of maximum ratio of sludge solution.
